What changed

This log records every data update behind the site so a figure can always be traced to a release. Wage percentiles come from the annual BLS OEWS release and change once a year; construction employment is refreshed monthly; county contractor pay quarterly; and Davis-Bacon wage determinations are re-read every week after the Department of Labor publishes its Thursday modifications. Each Davis-Bacon change is listed below with the determination number, the classification affected and the old and new base + fringe, so contractors can see exactly what moved and when.
